Randy was born in Rochester, NY and graduated from Monroe Community College in Liberal Arts. After moving to Buffalo in June 2026, he was introduced to chiropractic and Complete Care after working in the physical therapy field for the previous seven years. Being able to see patients come in with pain and leave with immense relief has been eye opening to him, and it showed him how effective chiropractic care can be.

Randy's main goal at the front desk is to ensure everyone's needs are met and everyone leaves with a smile. That includes scheduling appointments for patients and making sure they are as comfortable as possible to help with their healing journey.

Outside of work Randy enjoys the comforts of home, reading, and spending time with his wife and cats. When he is not at home you can find him at a local arcade playing endless hours of pinball, or finding new places to hike and camp. Since moving to Buffalo he has enjoyed exploring the city and all the fun and exciting things there are to discover.
