Office Manager

Janelle has worked in chiropractic since 2008, bringing years of experience, leadership, and a genuine passion for both patients and her team to her role as Office Manager. Over the years she has learned that leadership is about much more than giving direction. It is about leading by example, staying confident, encouraging others, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels supported.

One of Janelle's favorite parts of her role is helping the people around her grow. Whether she is encouraging a coworker, helping a patient along their wellness journey, or celebrating someone's success, she loves being part of the process. She is also a lifelong learner and is excited to work alongside different departments and bring the best ideas together as the practice continues to grow.

Born and raised in Buffalo, Janelle is 50% French Canadian and has plenty of family just across the border. Outside of work, family is everything. She and her husband, David, have been married for five years and have two daughters, Ellena and Liliana.

More than anything, Janelle brings an encouraging, team first approach to the office. She believes everyone brings a unique perspective and that there is always something new to learn from one another, an outlook that has helped make her a trusted leader and an important part of the practice.
