Melissa was born in the small town of Bath, NY. She moved to Buffalo in the summer of 2019, after completing her associates at Corning Community College. She continued her education at SUNY Brockport where she received a Bachelors in Social Work focusing in Hospice. Melissa completed a year-long internship at Medina Memorial Hospital, where she worked with people suffering with dementia and Alzheimer's. Melissa feels that while she has loved the experience helping people in Hospice care, she now wants to help people live their life to its fullest potential.
Her interest for chiropractic care started when she started experiencing Chronic Migraines at the age of 14, no medicine helped. She then tried chiropractic care and has had significant relief with getting adjustments ever since! Her interest has continued to grow since then. Whether it's asking the doctors a million chiropractic questions, watching videos or seeing the healing abilities it holds, she is happy to continue learning the benefits of chiropractic care and hearing patients' stories. Melissa wants to celebrate every step of the way, right from the first adjustment; because she knows how it is to be a patient and have a supportive front desk and doctors alongside you on your journey.
When you're not hearing her give her own versions of songs playing on the radio when she's cleaning rooms, or making everyone laugh, you can find Melissa at home. She plays video games, loves learning about different cultures, is learning a new language, baking, and hanging with her two deaf brother cats, Asher and Caspurr.
We are very passionate about what we do and are very grateful to have the opportunity to help you.
